What kind of job does the "CREATOR" meen here?

We call people who are especially involved in the production and creation of stories as "CREATORS". Specifically, "MANGA ARTISTS", "STORY", "VOICE ACTORS", "TECHNICAL CREATIVE", "ANIMATION CREATIVE" AND "DEVELOPMENT". It ’s not limited to that kind of jobs.

What kind of person are you looking for ?

Regardless of whether you are professional or amateur, in all category, We "NEVER" any past achievements or backgrounds. We are always looking for the person who constantly put your heart into "CREATIVE"and belief "OUR CREATIVE ATTITUDE" as we do. and who is proud to do your job or action.

Can I participate if I don't speak Japanese ?

Yes you can. But, because most of people speak and communicate in Japanese, We hope if you could. Even if you don't, it is possibile.

How is the system or structure of monetary reward distribution?

In order to always create great works to the world, We need to update yourself and work hard with each other. Because these work and the fruits of your labor is different, we should consider and pay remuneration contingent upon success.

Is it possible to participate remotely?(I don't live in Japan now.)
